RSVP for CARESTAR Foundation: EMS Policy Ideas Generation Lab

Please join CARESTAR Foundation and Transform Health for a two-day, in-person policy lab in Sacramento, California. Together, participants will examine challenges related to racial inequities in EMS and develop ideas for policy change.

During the lab, attendees will:

Explore challenges related to racial inequities in EMS
Hear emerging insights from EMS experts, community-based organizations, and advocates
Work together to develop policy ideas that address those challenges

*Note: A more detailed agenda will be shared with registered attendees closer to the date of the workshop

When: Monday & Tuesday, December 14th - 15th 2026
Time: Monday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PT (subject to change) & Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. PT (Breakfast & Lunch are included!)
Where: Park Tower, 980 9th Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Sacramento, CA 95814
Parking: Entry to the parking structure is located at 849 J Street and we will provide a parking validation through a QR code for attendees. Please be sure to download the Metropolis App and remember your license plate number. There is a limited number of short-term visitor parking spaces on the first level and additional parking on the upper levels. Avoid parking in spots reserved for building tenants.
