We have identified 8 trends that will greatly influence the future of our health. This survey is intended to elicit your opinion on the identified trends and their implications for health and non-communicable chronic diseases (NCDs). We are looking for your 'educated guess' in relation to three key factors:
- the uncertainty of the trend at 2050;
- the importance of the trend in reducing the incidence of Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs) at 2050;
- the most suitable indicator to capture the evolution of identified trends.
