Early Childhood Care and Learning System Roundtable Survey Purpose:Governor Kotek is bringing together early learning experts from Oregon and across the country to share ideas about how to improve access to affordable, high-quality child care and preschool. The goal is to make sure every child in Oregon can attend preschool.The Early Childhood Care and Learning System Roundtable is creating a plan for a future where all families can find and afford quality child care and preschool. The work will happen in phases.Phase 1 takes place from March to September 2026. During this phase, the group will study Oregon’s current child care and preschool system and look for ways to improve it. Oregon currently invests in three main programs: Employment Related Day Care (ERDC) Oregon Prenatal to Kindergarten (OPK) Preschool Promise The goal is to use current funding in the best way possible to improve services for children and families.This survey is based on recommendations from reports created between 2019 and 2025. These reports, found here, included feedback from community members and partners.In this survey, you can share your thoughts about past recommendations and suggest your own ideas.
