In response to industry feedback and demand, Landscape Ontario is gearing up to launch a new entrant recruitment and 6- week training program for entry level staff that is planned to launch in July 2020, with new entrants ready to work at the end of August (providing that there are no further disruptions from COVID-19).  The second cohort of training for new entrants is planned to be recruited, trained and ready to work for spring 2021.

The training program will be offered in Toronto, Hamilton and Kawartha/Muskoka regions.

Another phase of this program provides funding for LO to offer targeted  training and upskilling for employees currently working in the sector to support their advancement and growth of member businesses.
