Smart Mouths Smart Kids Data Collection Tool Reports

We all know how important accurate reporting is to our success in sustaining preventive oral health care in the schools.  The Smart Mouths Smart Kids (SMSK) Team is now working to be sure that you have all of the information that you need from the Data Collection Tool reports.  But we need your help to be sure that we get it right!

To that end, could you please take a few minutes to think about the reports that serve you best internally (for monitoring, projecting, evaluating, etc), those that help you to tell your story to your board and other stakeholders, and those that you need to tell your story to the state and funders.  CDPHE will be sharing the information that they need to report to the feds and other entities—so we’ll capture that as well.
