What is the survey about?

This survey aims to evaluate our LGBTIQ+ suicide prevention forum and will help us assess our content and make changes for similar future projects. It will also help us understand who in our community found the forum engaging compared to those who did not.
 
It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete (unless you want to include more detailed information then it may take a little longer). 
 
Who is this survey for?
Those who have attended the LGBTIQ+ suicide prevention forum. 

What does participation in this survey involve?

- Answering some questions about yourself so we know who is being represented in the survey e.g. geographical location, age.

- Questions about the platform, format and content used throughout the forum. 

- All data will be de-identified and is anonymous.
