Dear Stakeholder:

The Los Feliz Neighborhood Council committee on Public Works & Neighborhood Beautification (PW&NB) is conducting a community outreach campaign to establish a long-term vision for the Vermont Triangle (intersection of Vermont Ave. / Hollywood Blvd. / Prospect Ave.) as a public space.

As the first action in this campaign, the committee seeks to gather input from neighborhood stakeholders with respect to the current state of the Vermont Triangle, as well as ideas for permanent future improvements. The following online survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Please be sure to click 'Submit' upon completion and your response will be forwarded to the PW&NB committee.

In addition, the committee wishes to offer all interested stakeholders the opportunity to participate in an in-person interview to discuss any ideas and long-term vision in greater detail. Please indicate your interest and preferred method of contact in the corresponding survey question.

Thank you for your time and feedback.  All input is greatly appreciated as we work to develop a shared long-term vision for the Vermont Triangle.
