1. Newham Website User Experience Survey

Thank you for taking part in this survey. We are surveying Newham residents and users of our websites to understand their experiences and expectations of using our online services. In Newham, people are at the heart of everything we do. We are aiming to deliver a website and online services designed around your needs and feedback. All responses will remain anonymous. We will use the results to inform our future digital strategy and the decisions we make when designing Newham Council’s future website.
