For the purpose of the Downtown Eau Claire Awards, Downtown includes the following areas:

  • Water Street District
  • West Grand District
  • Historic Randall Park Neighborhood
  • Third Ward Neighborhood
  • North River Fronts Neighborhood
  • UW-Eau Caire
  • Carson Park
In addition to the following awards, Downtown Eau Claire, Inc. will present Outstanding Achievement, Volunteer of the Year, and Member of the Year awards.
