Please complete the following survey to put your organisation in the running for Top Mortgage Employers in New Zealand.

The successful companies will be featured on NZ Adviser online and in an official e-report.

Entries close Friday, July 9, 2021.

Criteria:

• Any company established in New Zealand and within the mortgage industry, including lenders, aggregators, brokerages, tech and more, qualify
• Organisations must have a minimum of 10 employees

Process:

• NZ Adviser's Top Mortgage Employers in New Zealand nomination process includes two phases: an employer and an employee survey
• Employer form: Employers must complete the following form in order for your organisation to be considered for Top Mortgage Employers in New Zealand.
  • Note: Only ONE submission is needed per organisation
  • Deadline: July 9, 2021
• The Top Mortgage Employers in New Zealand - Employer form takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. If you wish to return to your form before submitting, please press 'Exit' at the top right corner to save your progress and revisit the URL when ready to complete
• Employee survey: In July, nominated companies will be provided an employee survey that is to be shared internally within the organisation for employees to complete. Nominated companies will be contacted directly with a link to the employee survey.
• Organisations must meet the minimum amount of employee survey responses in order to qualify for Top Mortgage Employers:
  • Employee size 10 - 100: 10 minimum
  • Employee size 101 - 500: 20 minimum
  • Employee size 501+: 50 minimum
• Organisations will be evaluated by employees on a number of metrics, including benefits, incentives, employee development, culture and more
• Companies that receive an 80% or greater satisfaction rating from their employees will be named Top Mortgage Employer
