Application Form
Practicing Knowledge Translation (PKT) is a 3-month course on how to apply the science of KT to real-world implementation projects to enhance and sustain project outcomes. This course is delivered in person and consists of a 3-day in-person workshop at Bond University plus implementation coaching.
The objective of the course is to build capacity on:
- Developing implementation programs
- Planning for implementation
- Evaluating implementation
This course is designed for professionals who have an implementation project they are working on to be able to directly apply the concepts covered during the course. Participants receive in-person training and complete activities to build knowledge and skills. Participants will receive coaching from an implementation expert to help apply KT concepts to their own work and to achieve their learning goals.
To make sure the course is a good fit, we would like to learn more about your project and your interest in participating in the course.
Please note that based on previous requests, we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis. Acceptance into the course will be based on a first come first serve basis, assuming the project and role meets our admittance criteria.
