Consent to Electronic Service of notices and other documents

In order to further streamline and improve communications, could you please indicate below whether you agree to notices and information being given by email under the Electronic Transactions Act 2011.
Change of Electronic Address
The Tenant must immediately give notice in writing to the other party if the email address for electronic service changes.
Withdrawal of Consent
(1) The Tenant may withdraw their consent to electronic service of notices and other documents only by giving notice in writing to the other party
(2) Following the giving of notice under paragraph (a), no further notices or other documents are to be served by electronic communication.
