School Reservation Form - Traveling Trunk

Use this reservation form to request a Traveling Trunk from Job Carr Cabin Museum.
These FREE materials are designed for 3rd and 4th grade students, but can be adapted for use with 2nd - 5th grade students.
* Delivery is available for schools in Tacoma, WA.
* Teachers at schools outside Tacoma can arrange to pick up the materials from the Museum, usually on Saturdays.
