About the Developing Countries Scheme

Thank you for your interest in the Developing Countries Scheme to participate at the 26th World Energy Congress, in Rotterdam, on 22-25 April 2024.

The Organising Committee of the Congress, through the Developing Countries Scheme, enables and supports the participation of up to 250 qualifying delegates from selected Developing Countries, as part of the Congress’ commitment to ensuring diverse and representative participation. 

If you are successfully selected, you will be entitled to: 

* A complimentary delegate pass - worth up to €4,000 
* Complimentary accommodation in a 3* hotel for up to 5 nights
* Partial compensation of up to €750 for travel arrangements

Before completing this form, please make sure you have on hand all the documents required to be uploaded to the application, including a copy of your passport, and proof of residency or occupational status. Note that these documents will also be asked when applying for an entry visa to the Netherlands.
