1) Please answer all questions and provide your personal information.
2) Select the orientation you will attend.
3) All volunteers are required to complete a New Volunteer Orientation session, which are held throughout the year at our office in Stuart and Ft. Pierce. In order to attend a sessions, you must first apply by completing the volunteer application and be accepted as a volunteer. Volunteers will also be required to pass a Level 2 background check (reissued every 5 years) and a TB test annually. Please bring your driver’s license and auto insurance card to the orientation. I am attaching the volunteer application and the detail for the upcoming orientation.
