February 2026 In-depth Impact Stories: Interest Form

As part of our Federal Changes, Community Consequences research series, Illinois Partners will share in-depth impact stories from community-based human service providers from across the state to show how federal actions and directives are affecting their work and communities. After gauging interest, we will select a limited number of organizations to profile that represent the scope of our coalition by:

Please complete the questions on the form below to be added to our list of interested organizations. It should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Based on the responses we receive and the above criteria, we will select organizations and follow up with details on how to submit your stories.

In this report, we intend to include the names of the organizations we highlight, so participants must provide permission for us to do so. If you do not want your organization identified, but would like to share a short quote about your experience, simply answer 'no' to question 5 and you will be directed to a page to provide your quote. If your quote is selected for the report, we will let you know and it will be presented anonymously.
