Alma Administrator Certification Program is a 4-week online training program consists of expert level configuration sessions, which prepare you as a system librarian to become a library champion, able to respond to Alma library configuration requests. The program runs on a monthly basis, and will conclude with a final certification exam. Participants of this program will become Certified Alma Administrators. We usually have 2 certified people that serve as a contact point with Ex Libris Support and are responsible for all changes in Alma configuration. This way it is clear within the institution who the certified "owners" of administration are – even if many are familiar with the material via the course.
