Thank you for your interest in being part of a focus group about supporting improvement in interprofessional primary care! These focus groups will be set up on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis -- ie the first people who sign up and the first sites that get to a critical mass will be set up first. Additional options for dates later in the spring will be set up to accommodate the other sites.
