The Victor Jr Blue Devils are now accepting applications for coaches for the 2019 season for both the Cheer (A, B, C and Flag) and Football (A, B, C and Flag) programs.
Application submission deadline is Saturday February 9th. All candidates must go through the application process – whether applying to be a Head, Assistant or Helper coach to be considered. Once accepted all candidates go through standard background checks which are 100% confidential.
We are nothing as a program without our coaches - we appreciate you taking the time to start this process and while we can not promise it will be an easy responsibility we can promise it will be as fulfilling to you and your family as anything you can do in this community.
We are looking for coaches whose number one priority is safety, followed by the kids overall experience. Winning should not be in your top ten reasons for coaching.
