École Squamish Elementary PAC Survey for 2023-24

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to help us out. We are making the PAC budget for 2023-24 and would like to know what you'd like us to offer your child(ren) next year. We'll do our very best, but since we rely on fundraising we likely can't offer everything.
If you'd like to participate in the creation of the budget, we'd love to see you at the PAC meeting on Tuesday, May 9th at 6:30pm.
1.Would you like a Welcome Back BBQ in September?
2.Would you like a Fall Dance?
3.If you answered "Yes" to the Fall Dance, would you like it to be for the entire school, or just Grade 4 to 6?
4.If you want the Fall Dance for Grade 4 to 6 would you want us to offer the dance to the entire community in order to fill the gym? (Similar to La Folie En Rouge.) Note there is a capacity limit of 300.
5.Would you like a student entrepreneur opportunity for Grade 4 to 6 students at the Sea To Sky Market (held on the November long weekend)?
6.Would you like a Pancake Breakfast for students in December?
7.Would you like the Hot Lunch program to continue?
8.If you answered "Yes" to the Hot Lunch program, what type of food would you like us to offer? (Check all the options you'd like.)
9.If you answered "Yes" to the Hot Lunch program, how many times PER MONTH would you like us to offer it?
10.If you answered "Yes" to the Hot Lunch program, which day of the week would you like it to be offered? (Please select only one day.)

12.Would you like a dance component (like the hip hop week with Sound Kreations) to your child(ren)'s education at school?

14.If you answered "Yes" to the dance component, would you like to see a performance? It would be outside of school times.
15.If you answered "Yes" to the dance performance, would you be willing to pay for a ticket to recover the costs of hiring the dance instructors?
16.Would you like a musical theatre component (like Missoula) to your child(ren)'s education at school?
17.If you answered "Yes" to the musical theatre component, would you like Missoula to return, or would you like us to look at local talent in town?
18.Would you like expert-led cultural days included in your child(ren)'s education at school? (E.g. Chinese lion/dragon dancers, Japanese drummers, Diwali rangoli, etc.)
