Awarded to an innovative, building, construction project, research paper or product development. This could include a specific product innovation, maintenance program, design feature, building decarbonisation or upgrade, and can include both New Projects or Refurbishments. It could include a research project, a study or similar outstanding innovative activity that upholds the CIBSE core values and has real or measurable outcomes.
