Survey Overview: During the design process, we aimed to create an inclusive survey to capture the perspectives of a broad range of industries and service providers in Caldwell County. We understand that while the survey and its results may not fully encompass the diversity of businesses in our community, our goal is to produce a summarized report reflecting current compensation and benefit trends throughout Caldwell County.

Survey Details: The survey may take approximately 1-2 hours to complete and covers a wide range of compensation and benefit policies. We ask that the person responsible for managing compensation levels or talent recruitment within your organization complete the survey.

Survey Structure: All participants must answer the first 48 questions. Afterward, the survey is divided into industry-specific sections (e.g., Manufacturing, Warehouse/Distribution/Logistics, Sales and Customer Service). Please select the industry that best matches your business and answer an additional six questions relevant to that sector.

Progress and Completion: Your progress will be saved after each page, allowing you to complete the survey over several days if necessary.

Report Distribution: We plan to release a summary report by mid-May. This report will be available only to organizations that complete the entire survey.

Please note: The report will not include individual organizational data, nor will your responses be shared with other organizations. All wage and benefit information will remain confidential.
