Eligibility: All Service Members, Family Members, DoD Civilians, Veterans and Retirees that meet the degree, diploma, and/or certificate requirements between October 2019 and October 2020 who are verified by the graduate’s college/university are encouraged to participate.

Note: After submitting this form, please provide proof of your graduation status to demonstrate graduation eligibility. You will need to provide ONE of the following:

- A copy of a transcript (showing awarded degree)
- A memo on school letterhead showing that you have met the requirements or are within 12SH of meeting your degree completion requirements.

Interested in Becoming the Graduation Student Speaker?

The JBMHH graduation committee is looking for an individual who has shown academic excellence and integrity throughout their studies and would like to impart inspiring words of wisdom and hope to their peers. If interested, please see the information below:

1. Graduate of the current graduating class (October 1, 2019 - October 1, 2020) with a 3.75 GPA or above, who has submitted
the graduation application
2. Well-spoken and able to capture the celebration of this capstone event within the time allowed (3 minutes)

Required Documentation:
Submit the Graduation application form along with the following:

1. Biography (maximum 150 words)
2. Professional resume
3. Letter of recommendation from a faculty member or supervisor
4. Application deadline: 1 October 2020

All materials are to be submitted in one complete application to usarmy.jbmhh.asa.mbx.education-center@mail.mil. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered. The committee will review your submission and if selected, you will be notified.

Additional Information


Cap and Gown: All graduates will be provided regalia for the day of the ceremony; which must be returned after the graduation.

Graduation Rehearsal: Rehearsal will be held at the Ft. Meade Post Theatre (Auditorium) on 16 November 2020 at 1000.

Graduation Ceremony: All graduates must report to Post Theatre (Auditorium) on 17 November 2020 by 0900 to prepare for the line-up and processional. Please be sure to have your ceremony card with you.
