Gulf Coast Heritage Tour Project Questionnaire

This questionnaire is to identify you as a Heritage site and to gather information regarding the positive features of your location.  This information will be used to select locations for a documentary, and to design tours that encourage everyone including people with disabilities to visit your site.  Information gathered from all the Heritage sites will later be available for the public to view at www.DisabilityConnection.org.  Thanks so much for your time.
