Financial Fraud Prevention

Guide Change is working with Fruition Technology Labs to create user-friendly tools that enable adults ages 40yrs - 90yrs + to securely and confidently manage their money while avoiding financial exploitation.  In order for us to better equip people to fight fraud, it is important to gain insights into the way money is managed today.  We also hope that you find this information useful in planning your own family finances.

This survey was developed to gather feedback regarding how our friends and families are currently managing money.  We value your honest responses.  The questionnaire should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
