Welcome to the SIOP Group Mentoring Program Sign-up for PROTEGES!

This sign-up process is for SIOP members interested in participating as a protege in Group Mentoring.

Participant Requirements:

• Current SIOP full, associate, or international member
• Currently/previously employed in an I-O related job (e.g., as a practitioner, academician, researcher, or consultant)
• Committed and dedicated to attend mentoring sessions (i.e., virtually once a month from September through February)
• Flexible to meet with the group at times convenient for most participants
• Being prepared for meetings (e.g., completing agreed upon assignments/activities)
• Being actively engaged in all meetings

IMPORTANT NOTE – Your participation in this survey does not guarantee your spot in group mentoring as participation is on a first come/first serve basis and there are a limited number of spots available. We will do our best to close the survey as soon as we have our spots filled; if all spots are filled, we will put your name on a wait list and contact you regarding your status.
