Groton Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Trainings

The Groton Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Committee has partnered with Thought Partner Solutions to offer free Belonging, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (BEDI) trainings to all Town employees and Groton Community members. Everyone is welcome.

The BEDI training series focuses on advancing equity to increase the prosperity, health, and safety of the entire community.

Thought Partner Solutions offers a variety of tools and teaching methods including graphic facilitation, visual imagery, theoretical models, small group dialogue, and kinesthetic interaction, to create a dynamic space that supports all types of learners.
