The City of Gresham has decided to survey its employees on the City’s Deferred Compensation Plan (Plan). The purpose of the survey is to 1) evaluate the effectiveness of the Plan and supporting services on the City participants’ retirement planning strategy and to 2) provide an opportunity for participant feedback on the Plan and supporting services.
Your individual responses and information will be kept completely confidential and used only for the purpose of this research. Completing this survey does not obligate you to participate in the City of Gresham Deferred Compensation Plan.
