The Neuroscience of Trauma and the 6 R’s of Effective Therapeutic Interventions
This workshop introduces participants to the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics© (NMT), developed by The ChildTrauma Academy, and how traumatic childhood experiences or neglect impact brain development. The workshop will then detail the 6 R’s of an effective intervention strategy, provide a rational as to their importance and how they can be used across various settings.
1. Participants will be introduced to the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics
