SLS Show: Episode 25 The Role of Gratitude and Reflection on Building Connections
November 24, 2020 @ 4pm

Effective communication and building positive connections stems from knowing when to listen, speak and act. We do this through gratitude and reflection. Gratitude is the expression of appreciation for what one has. Reflection is the opportunity to understand where you have been and where you want to go. It gives us an opportunity to grow not only ourselves but the relationships we have with others.
