Innovation Grant Survey #1

As part of our BSAP Innovation Grant, we are collecting before, during, and after data to see if we are meeting the goals of our grant. We appreciate you completing this survey to help us meet our goals to increase mathematical success at Open School. We appreciate all of our Open School families participating in the survey.
