Why we are asking for your views – shaping our code of conduct

We want to ensure our residents voice helps to shape a clear Code of Conduct that Grainger Trust colleagues and Board members will sign up to and publish.

This means we must be clear about the behaviours, skills and professionalism residents should expect from us as a landlord.

As part of this Grainger Trust is required by the Regulator of Social Housing to meet the Competency and Conduct Standard
