Overview/Purpose of the Homework Survey

The Board of Education tasked the administration with forming a committee to research and make recommendations regarding homework practices. In addition to researching best practice, the District also seeks to gather feedback from teachers, parents, and students (Grades 5-8) via surveys. Several articles have been posted on the District's website to inform stakeholders about this topic. Prior to the completion of a survey, the District encourages stakeholders to read the posted information. The information can be found by clicking on the "Board Tab," then click on "Items for Public Display," and then click on "Homework/Grading/Reporting Committee."
