Grosvenor Better Practice Governance Maturity Self-Assessment (Lite)

Introduction page

Based on the Grosvenor Better Practice Governance Model, this self-assessment tool will guide you through each element of good governance at a high level and ask you a series of questions to determine:
  • The current maturity level of your governance in each element of the model
  • The maturity level you believe is required for your team to achieve its purpose
Once you have completed the questions in the self-assessment tool, a heat map will be generated and emailed directly to you. This heat map will illustrate the strengths in your governance arrangements as well as the maturity gaps. This will assist you in identifying the priorities for addressing maturity gaps.

For a more detailed analysis of your organisation's governance maturity, contact us about completing the full self-assessment survey.

This self-assessment will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
The Grosvenor Better Practice Governance Model
Governance Maturity Scale

A maturity continuum, based on increasing levels of maturity, is a useful construct to assess the degree to which each of the elements of better practice governance are in place, but also to agree where your maturity levels need to be in the future state in order to achieve your objectives.

Our self-assessment questionnaire utilises a maturity scale such as this in the background. This ensures the mapping of maturity levels against the elements of our better practice governance model are applied consistently to all self-assessments.
