Goodwill of the Great Plains is conducting a comprehensive community needs assessment to be used in making decisions about investment of resources in the communities we serve.   The mission of Goodwill is to serve as an advocate for economic self-sufficiency through employment and education.   We accomplish this by providing employment and training opportunities to youth and adults who have one or more education or employment barriers.   We identified you as someone knowledgeable about the community's needs.   The purpose of this survey is to get your perceptions of community needs and gaps in services.  The information you provide will be confidential and combined with information from other community leaders.
