Welcome to Get your Gong on!

The Freelance Jungle is looking for Illawarra businesses to participate in “Get ya Gong On!”. This is a virtual networking event designed to help connect local Wollongong businesses with freelance talent.

The idea is to act as a brainstorming collective that uses their creative talents and digital knowledge to help Wollongong and surrounds.

By responding to this survey, you're saying you'd love some advice and/or direct support from a local freelancer (or two). You also agree to participate in a virtual networking event with local businesses on Thursday July 23rd 2020 at 6pm.

I've been thrust online with a website and I don't really understand what I am doing

My strategy for 2020 has been tossed out the window and I need help to regroup

I'm stuck on how to run a safe environment for my customers with social distancing

Marketing really isn't my jam

My social media could do with a spot and polish

I'm not happy with my performance in graphic design or branding etc

Photography is not my strong suit

Online advertising such as Google AdWords, Facebook ads, PPC etc confounds me

Other advertising forms e.g. radio, TV, magazine etc seem out of my reach

I'm doing too much and need someone to help me work out how to manage things better

Sales, biz dev, outreach, lead generation tactics, supplier networks, negotiation skills/mentoring aren't my forte

I'm desperate for help with fundraising. E.g. grants, crowdfunding etc

I need help with advice and mentoring. E.g. business coaching, mentorship etc

I could do with cash flow advice on financial situation, debt collection, investigating alternatives etc

I need help with sound related stuff. E.g. music for jingles, podcast editing or recording etc

I need advice on filming.

I'm available for any PR opportunities to speak about that business and how they've helped me
