This survey is VOLUNTARY and ANONYMOUS, meaning that it is your choice to participate or not and your name will never be used as connected to your answers. We are collecting this data to make your school and the district an even better place.
The survey will take about 10 or so minutes to complete. We appreciate your time and willingness to complete the survey.
We hope that you will answer every question, but if you do not wish to answer a question, you may simply leave it blank. Some of the questions may seem similar but that helps us understand your views better.
Survey responses will ONLY go directly to the researchers at UC San Diego and NOT to your teacher or principal or anyone else in the Vista school district. We hope this will allow you to answer honestly.
