Applicants may request up to 10% of their organization’s annual revenue, to a maximum of $50,000 for registered charities and qualified donees, or $25,000 for non-qualified donees. This approach ensures our granting reaches grassroots, community-driven initiatives while remaining accessible to established organizations that are deeply rooted in their communities.

The Gloria Baylis Foundation reviews applications twice per year through a biannual grant cycle. To be considered for a 2025 grant, applications must be submitted by October 31, 2025. Successful applicants will be notified by November 30, 2025, with disbursements to follow in December. Applications received after October 31, 2025, will be considered as part of the 2026 grant cycle.
