Thank you for your interest in applying for funding from the Gloria Baylis Foundation. We are dedicated to supporting Canadian organizations whose efforts resonate with our core priorities.

To gain a deeper understanding of our funding priorities and the various types of grants we offer, we encourage you to explore the Grant Programs section on our website. Here, you'll find detailed information to help align your proposal with our objectives and navigate the application process.

Applicants may request up to 10% of their organization’s annual revenue, to a maximum of $50,000 for registered charities and qualified donees, or $25,000 for non-qualified donees. This approach ensures our granting reaches grassroots, community-driven initiatives while remaining accessible to established organizations that are deeply rooted in their communities.

The Gloria Baylis Foundation reviews applications twice per year through a biannual grant cycle. Applications received after a cycle’s deadline will be considered during the next available grant cycle.
  • First Grant Cycle (Spring):
    Applications must be submitted by April 30. Successful applicants will be notified in the second week of May, with disbursements to follow shortly thereafter.
  • Second Grant Cycle (Fall):
    Applications must be submitted by October 31. Successful applicants will be notified in the second week of November, with disbursements to follow shortly thereafter.
