* 8. TERMS & CONDITIONS: General
1. Offer is valid for the duration of the sales period only.
2. Offer is exclusive to AWSEC Club members.
3. Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other discount/promotion.
4. Offer may not be redeemed using AWSEC Club points.
5. Payment may be made (subject to order method) by cash/EPS/UnionPay/Payme/FPS/credit card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX).
6. AWSEC will send a confirmation email once the order has been received and the details have been reviewed. Should there be any clarification required, AWSEC will contact you by email. Orders will not be processed until all details have been confirmed.
7. Once confirmed, orders will be processed by AWSEC and delivery will be arranged within 7 working days of the confirmation email.
8. All transactions are final.
9. Exchange of goods will not be accepted, unless found to be damaged or in poor condition upon delivery (see ‘Delivery Service’ part iv), or unless proven to the satisfaction of AWSEC to be faulty/defective:
i. AWSEC must be informed by email (club@awsec.com) of any faulty/defective good(s) within 5 working days of delivery;
ii. Faulty/defective good(s) must be returned to AWSEC for verification, along with the delivery note, within 5 working days of delivery;
iii. Replacement(s) will be provided at the discretion of AWSEC;
iv. It may take up to 10 working days for any replacement(s) to be delivered;
v. If the replacement item is out of stock, AWSEC will contact you by phone or by email to make alternative arrangements.
10. All orders require an order form to be completed either in-person or online:
i. Personal data will need to be provided including (but not limited to) first name, last name, mobile phone number, email address, residential/delivery address, payment details (such as credit card number and CVV);
ii. All personal data provided will be used for order processing purposes only;
iii. Personal data will be shared with approved third parties for order processing and delivery purposes;
iv. Personal data may be amended at any time by written request of the data subject;
v. If any false/inaccurate details are provided (especially delivery address), a delivery fee may be incurred for any additional delivery attempt required as a result;
vi. Any order placed with incomplete details (especially delivery address and contact details) will not be processed.
11. All orders require full payment to be made before they can be processed.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of AWSEC will be final.

* 9. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Delivery Service
i. Delivery service is only available at addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.
ii. Deliveries will be made in accordance with the details provided in the Order Form, though amendments may be required;
- AWSEC will try to accommodate your preferred delivery date and time slot, however this cannot be guaranteed.
iii. Upon delivery, the recipient will be required to sign a delivery note confirming your acceptance of goods delivered. Before doing so, the recipient should check that no items are missing as well as the condition of the goods delivered. Once the delivery note has been signed, the delivery will be considered accepted; if there is any missing item(s) or any issue with the condition of any goods after the delivery note has been signed, dispatch or exchange of goods will not be accepted (unless faulty/defective, see part 9 above).
iv. Non-Delivery
- In the event that a delivery is unable to be completed to the delivery address (for example, if there is no-one at the address to receive it), the goods will be returned to the supplier’s warehouse and new delivery arrangements must be made. A delivery fee of HK$100 will apply and must be paid in advance of any new arrangements being made.
- If new delivery arrangements cannot be made within 2 weeks of the attempted delivery, you may be charged a storage fee. If new delivery arrangements cannot be made within 1 month of the attempted delivery, your order will be cancelled and any payment(s) made will be forfeited.
v. Delivery service is not available:
- to a non-permanent address, restricted areas, outlying islands, hotel guest rooms, ports, marinas and warehouses;
- to premises above 4th floor of a building which are not accessible by elevator for delivery of 5 cases or more; and
- where there is no authorised unloading area within 50 metres of the building of the delivery address.
vi. In case of any delay due to the hoisting of Black Rainstorm Warning or typhoon signal no.8 or above, delivery will be arranged as soon as possible once the signal has been lowered.
