Glebe Field Community Housing

The Glebe Field at the eastern end of Penpont has been allocated for housing by Dumfries & Galloway Council. KPT Development Trust proposes to develop the site in line with the community’s needs rather than what a commercial developer would offer.
It's time to refine and confirm designs to prepare information for future construction. Your views will help inform the design for the site and homes, and help shape Penpont for years to come.
