GIRL$ Get Your Minds Right: Emotional Intelligence & Mental Wellness

This registration is for GIRL$ Get Your Minds Right: Emotional Intelligence and Mental Wellness Program at West Atlanta Watershed Alliance- Outdoor Activity Center, 1442 Richland Rd SW, Atlanta, GA 30310

 The program is designed to inform girls about stressors in daily life and ways to cope and deal with the stress. During this program they will learn how to create their own stress balls, discuss the concept of mindfulness, and tips for finding peace. They will also participate in activities helping them with healing and letting go, to start a fresh new year.

This program will encourage girls to address their stress through conversations with professionals as well as connecting with their peers that have similar stresses. The girls will leave feeling rejuvenated and ready for a new year, with tools to overcoming some of the obstacles they may face.
