The UC Davis Genome Center has been in existence for ten years. It is therefore appropriate to review the effectiveness of the services offered by the cores as a basis for guiding future development and as part of the formal review of the Genome Center that is planned for the coming year. In addition, an assessment of customer satisfaction has been requested by the Associate Deans to inform their decisions on resource allocation under the new activity-based funding model. It is therefore important that we receive feedback from as many users of the cores as possible.

All surveys will be analyzed anonymously. If you wish, you may identify yourself in the general comments box at the end of the page for each core. You will be able to edit your responses in back pages until you log off or submit your responses. You will not be able to edit your responses on completed pages after logging off.

We recognize that it is a little lengthy, but we want to gain a detailed understanding of how well the cores are functioning.
