GateHouse Media’s Center for News & Design Tour Invite
Come tour GateHouse Media’s Center for News & Design in Austin, Texas during the Mega Conference. The Center is the company’s hub for centralized page design, copy editing, web development and digital publishing. The Center currently services more than 200 newspapers and employs 250 people, making it the single largest design and content center in the industry.
During the 30-minute tour and presentation you will learn about the strategy behind the Center, meet key executives, see how the technology works and learn how GateHouse is using the Center to evolve its commercial business.
Tours will be offered on Monday, Feb. 22 from 7:30-8 p.m.(this time slot is full at this time) , after the reception wraps up. There will be drinks and hors d’oeuvres at the tour. There will be a second tour after the conference ends on Wednesday, Feb. 24 from 12:30-1 p.m. There will be a light lunch available at that tour. You must be registered to attend the Mega-Conference to participate. Each tour will max out at 50 and any reservations after will be put on a waiting list to be notified as space opens up.
