Employee Benefits...do they really get it?

A lady I met recently, who works for a very large employer, said to me..."they just give me a packet and tell me to go to this website and get set up. But, I don't know what any of this stuff is." Well, that says it all. The following survey is intended to gauge what level of communication would most help employees who need to learn about their benefits.

I'm happy with our current enrollment platform where I meet with an enroller 1-to-1.

I'd rather use an online enrollment platform and choose my benefits without having to meet with anyone.

I'm somewhere in the middle, I'd like to use an online platform but with the option of meeting with someone if I need to.

The enroller I met with last year was great. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My enrollment needs were met.

The enroller I met with last year was just OK. I felt satisfied but not completely pleased. I left the enrollment experience without everything I needed.

The enroller I met with last year was horrible. I would not want to go through that again.
