National 4-H Council and Bayer Crop Science- Ag Career Awareness Survey

You are being invited to participate in a research study about science education and careers in agriculture. This study is being conducted by National 4-H Council and Bayer Crop Science.

The purpose of this research study is to get a better understanding of teen (13-19) opinions concerning current levels of science education, and their awareness of careers in agriculture.

We will be collecting only the age of all respondents and their responses to three (3) questions. The survey will be confidential i.e. names, address, and any other personal information will not be included.

Survey respondent age and response will be used by National 4-H Council and Bayer Crop Science to provide insight into youth opinions about current levels of science education and awareness for ag careers. Survey results will be used publicly.

The survey will take you approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary and you can withdraw at any time.

Parents, if your child is under the age of 18, you must confirm that you allow your child to take this study.
