Tell us what you think

We would like to know what you think about the telehealth services that you have used at Banyule Community Health.

With your feedback we can find out what has and has not worked and how to improve future services.

Telehealth is when you use technology to receive a health service instead of coming into the centre to see the health worker. In the last few months, you may have used video clips, phone calls and video calls, emails or other types of technology to access a health service.

Please tell us about your experiences by filling in this survey.
  • It will take about 7 minutes and is voluntary.
  • Your responses are anonymous and we adhere to Australian privacy legislation in the collection and management of your information.
  • You do not have to answer any questions that you do not want to.
  • Group results will be presented in a final report.
Thank you
