Canine Cushing's Anonymous Survey

I was a Canine Cushing's furparent until this past December. In my sadness, I wanted to help others. This survey will hopefully do that. This survey is to help us as Canine Cushing's furparents put some long asked questions to rest ...hopefully! The questions in the survey are based off questions that have been posted on Facebook and online over the last few years and some have been ones I have asked as well. They are mostly pre-diagnosis questions, but the blue ones at the end are based on after diagnosis. I am hoping for thousands of responses. If we get some good information I am hoping it might help in the study and treatment and better yet prevention of Cushing's in the future. (I know that might be a  long shot...but you never know.) If you know someone who has or had a dog with Cushing's, please share the link to this survey with them. The wider reach we have with this survey, the better. Again, this is anonymous!
