Tewksbury Diversity and Inclusion Survey

Introduction

This survey asks about your thoughts and experiences related to diversity, equity, and inclusion for the town of Tewksbury. 
 
There are no right or wrong answers, please select the answer that best matches your experiences. Your answers will be completely private. Responses will remain strictly anonymous and summarized into common themes.
 
This survey has been developed and will be utilized by the Tewksbury Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Committee (TDEIAC).  This committee was established in 2021 by the Town Select Board.  TDEIAC is charged “to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and build a stronger, more unified, welcoming Town that respects and recognizes both its growing diversity, and its commonalities.”  This survey supports TDEIAC’s goal in assessing our community needs.

This survey takes approximately 10-12 minutes to complete.
