Remember A Charity and the Institute of Legacy Management Member Survey– Justice Committee inquiry into probate

We will be submitting a joint response to the Justice Committee's inquiry into probate delays to share how this has affected legacy professionals.
 
We want to understand probate delays have impacted both legacies and the charities that rely on them. We encourage you to share any details or examples that you think are relevant so the Justice Committee gets a clear picture of challenges charities have been facing.
