EHA Complaints - what do you think?

Tell us what you think about complaints

Over the last 6 months, we've made some changes to how we manage our Formal Complaints Process. We'd like to work with tenants to work out what we've done right, and see if we still need to make any improvements.

Firstly, we'd like your views around the complaints process in general, to understand how you feel about making a complaint. Please take some time to complete the 8 questions below to tell us what you think.

All completed surveys received by Friday 6th September will be entered into a prize draw for £20 high-street vouchers. Good luck!
1.In your opinion, from the following 3 examples, which would you class as a ‘formal complaint’:
2.Have you ever wanted to let us know when you’ve been unhappy with what we have done - or not done?
3.If so did you raise a formal complaint with us?
4.If you didn’t raise a formal complaint with us - what stopped you?
5.Do you think it is important that residents raise their concerns with us?
6.Can you say why you think that is?
7.If you wanted to raise a formal complaint with us, would you know how to?
8.Tell us more!

We know we have work to do, and we need help to make the right improvements.

We will be using your feedback to inform future service changes… if you would like to be a part of a more in-depth review, you can apply to join our next Taskforce!

The review will take place over September and October, until the recommendations have been agreed... So, over the next 6 weeks, taking no more than 3-4 hours overall. All those who take part, and complete all the required areas of feedback will be awarded a £50 High-street voucher.

We have 6 spaces, which you can apply for ticking this box, and entering your details below…
